|05:34 pm - Cornell's Hot Truck|
Recently, I asked if anyone had heard of the Hot Truck...
I heard of it through Goats. The link about it was broken, so I mentioned it, and did some research. That wikipedia page has silly traditions on it, by the by.
The main attraction seems to be subs and something called a PMP -- a Poor Man's Pizza. I've seen references online that they got Stouffer's to make and distribute PMPs. Supposedly, they're available to those of us who don't live in New York, let alone the East coast.
I'm a lover of all things pizza and when someone who might have good taste suggested something that several decades of college students like, my ears perk up a bit.
There used to be a site at http://www.thehottruck.com and http://www.thepmp.com, but it's apparently gone away now.
In writing this article, I think I found the stuff....At amazon.com?!?!
Ahh, here it is on Stouffer's site.
Now I'll just need to look for it and determine whether or not it's any good.
From the Stouffer's site:
What are people saying about this product?
I think you should make fruit pizza you should have fruit on it instead of peperoni you should put...
Waterville, New York
Ok, now look, I just relived part of my childhood seeing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles again and remembering how much I love weird pizza, but isn't this a bit much?
