Many of you got to know Meg (one of my two cats -- the one in my userpic in fact) in one sort or another. Today, I have to report that after a mercifully brief diagnosis and hospitalization from cancer, she is no longer with us.
If you could, I ask that you please help us in remembering her and writing some of the ways you remember her. Thank you.

meg was fortunate to have a human that was able to let her go when she communicated her need to leave.
i remember meg as a stunningly beautiful cat that made you very happy. i was more than glad to give up visiting rights for that kind of joy in your life.
i'm sorry for your loss. I'm not sure whether it was Meg, but when jercos and I were at your place, and a cat walked over, bypassing all the others on the couch, and took a swipe at jercos.
