Thanksgiving to me begins tomorrow -- We elected to avoid the rush and give our thanks in our own good time this year. In any event, on the cusp of this day and the next, I wish you all a very happy Thanksgiving -- even you non-Americans (and non-Canadians, but I repeat myself.)
