|01:52 pm - Help me LJ brain! You're my only hope!|
Well -- until I get home and start paging through history books.
There was a treaty circulated after World War I that sought an end to all wars. I can't remember the name of it, but I vividly remember a cartoonist lampooning it as a little girl collecting autographs. I cannot recall its name. =(
I want to say that it was the Kellog-Briand pact, and it was meant to renounce war as a means of national policy. I'm too lazy, but you can try to wiki that if you're still at work.
You've got it exactly! Thank you!!! <3 8)
